  Students from Bifrost take part in Landart at Råmosegaard
    Guest teacher, Lisbeth Thingholm – course on the printmaking
technique, collography
    Gaia Museum opens 13th September and Per is constituted
artistic director.
   

Bifrost participates in a workshop in Ireland. Exhibitions thereafter in
Dublin Civic Building, the University of Leipzig and Gaia Museum

   
12 students participate in the project, ‘Kys Frøen’, and paint10 concrete frogs.
    Birgitte Kjølner sells 9 pictures to Vejle Hospital

    LKU and Bifrost organise Art Aparte 2 – the first international
censored exhibition of Outsider Art
   

Art Aparte 2 is exhibited at the Town Hall in Copenhagen as a part of the
50th anniversary celebrations of LEV. Kenneth accompanies the
Danish queen round the exhibition. Coverage in all Danish magazines and
newspapers and wide television coverage.

   

6 students chosen to exhibit at the 5th Universal Print Show in Glasgow

4 students paint a concrete horse as part of the Randers Horse Art Show

LKU and Bifrost organise Art Aparte 1, the first censored
exhibition of work by the mentally handicapped in Denmark

We travel to Holland and Belgium to look at the options for a museum

Peter Lauersen’s film and book on Bifrost – premiere 7th December 1999

Study trip to Kirsten Kjær Museum in Thy

The Art School moves to Handihuset, Niels Brocks Gade 10, Randers

Judith exhibits at the Louvre in Paris where she is present at the opening
